My favorite water is vapor distilled Smart Water. At $1.50, it's too expensive for me to pick up too often. No way I'd pay 74 Euros for it (or any other water).

I have a couple of Polo shirts, usually pick up on sale.

For dress shirts though, i've been going to Dress Shirts, Cufflinks, Ties, Suits and Shoes from Charles Tyrwhitt, London
Almost always have a decent sale and you can get a good shirt for $30-40, or high end ones at $70-100.

I've had my eye on some $60 shirts that I wish I could afford. They are extremely high quality and, in a word, beautiful. The only way I would pay more than that is if the shirt is bespoke.
