Sure, lets ban cars too, how many innocent people do they kill every year? I bet that would save a lot of healthcare dollars too. Just think how healthy people would be if they had to walk or bike everywhere. Goodbye obiesity

Default I'm Glad I'm On the Downhill Side of This Life

    Gentlemen,

As for understanding life, in every respect, whether Democrat, Republican, Independent or Pedestrian, smoker or non-smoker, drinker or non-drinker, happy or sad, skinny or rotund, womanizer or a monk, straight razor user or Mack 3 ozone commando — allow me to offer the wise words of the eccentric French composer Eric Satie, also known as the Velvet Gentleman:

Monsieur Satie said: "When I was young, people used to say to me wait until you're fifty, you'll see. I am fifty. I still haven't seen anything."

Well, gentlemen, I am beyond 50. I am still waiting.

    Regards,
    Obie

I am sorry but you lost me there. That is either way too philosophical for me, or too off topic. Or both.

I guess in the context of this thread, some people (Jimmy) are going to smoke no matter how senseless it is
