Maybe the father wouldn't give her the money a pervert would, it makes me sick the horrors some children are put through.

I know which story you are talking about, though I purposely did not read it.
Ever since I became a father, I cannot read such stories without getting teary eyes and being filled with mindless anger.
If there is any justice in the world, then the mother Goddess, God, or whoever you believe in is giving those kids the love they never got on earth, regardless of faith, religious denomination, or race.
I will never understand how someone can purposely abuse a child. Kids are off limits.
I am getting sad and angry so I am going to leave it at this and going to give my kids an extra kiss before I go to sleep.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Brad, I couldn't read past the second paragraph. But I made myself read the whole story. A sad story indeed.
