Black thank you!
As my grandmother always said: "I never pet my coffee or my whiskey, and I don't trust them that do."

Very strong with cream and sugar most of the time. If it is a good dark roast then I will drink it black though. Strong none the less.

Thanked: 10I voted other. there's just too many ways to drink coffee that are enjoyable.
Turkish strong and sweet. Use your teeth as the coffee filter.
Thai Iced coffee Strong brew with sweetened condensed milk and ice
I usually drink it black, though. .....unless I've got some Carolines to doctor it up some on the weekend.

I'm living through you guys since I gave up coffee about a month ago after drinking it for years. Not crap stuff, but my own home roasted beans, french press. If it was a rich roast that wasn't acidic, I would drink it black. As a rule though, a bit of cream and never sugar.

Freshly roasted Ethiopian coffee, brewed through a percolator, strong, and dark, Thanks to Carrie and Joe, I found the wonderfulness of the French Press, I will be making the switch soon.
The only thing that I will every allow to touch my cup of coffee is a shot or two of whiskey, on occasion, anything else is just uncivilized.

That is cool natepaint! I like Ethiopian Coffee too, grew up there and still remember the awesome smells and atmosphere when they would make coffee: The coffee was always roasted right there before the guests over a small charcoal fire, then it was brewed and served, hot sweet and strong.
Now I live in the US and despite it being an awesome country the coffee here is more like coffee flavored tea. It gets bearable once I add a shot of espersso.
