    Well, get it. Probably the best home machine for that sort of money. The new line has the professional portafilter and some other goodies. Here is a great review of it. The Minimoka is a nice grinder, and you can get some very decent deals for it in the US.

    i just got a french press this past weekend and i love it, other than that its expresso machine (just a cheap walmart type) but i like it. after seeing the picture i really wanna try that vacuum coffee maker thingy just cause it looks cool, anyone know where to get one? im gonna check amazon.com now

    Hario used to have a US website where you could order directly from them, but I don't think it's operating. If you can't find one on Amazon, you can order Hario vacuum pots from these folks: Hario Syphon Siphon / Vacuum Pots, Nouveau 3, Tech 3/5, Deco, Coffee Drip Pot, Coffee Mill | Avenue 18 - Fine Tea Merchant|Richmond, Vancouver,BC Canada. If you decide to buy from them, stock up on extra boxes of the paper filters at the same time. Their shipping charges to the states are a bit rich, so get all you need in one order...

    I take my coffees like this:

    espresso with lemon rind only

    Coffee Latte with 1/2 & 1/2

    Tea's

    plain or with honey

    My machines

    Rancillo Rocky Grinder set to very fine

    Rancillo Silva in stainless

    2 cup serving French Press

    Moka Pot (Bialetti)

    Cusinart Drip


    What can I say I like coffee.

    I also like tea, I like Monkey Picked white tea, and the crazy green bud tea I get from Thailand.

    I like beer too..hehe

    For 1 cup I use a French Press
    For more the 1 when I am in the mood to drink I use a Perc.

    Im at the 4 cup a day avg.
