Dry-aged strip mid-rare over charcoal.

Prepared: Medium
Cut: Any available
I've never met a cut I didn't like, and would be hard pressed to choose just 1 as my favorite.

I like all cuts, prepared medium rare. I do like Bearnaise sauce and a good quality red wine with it. Steak cut fries, mushrooms and grilled onions are also good. Spinach for health
I prefer beef to be grass fed and organic if possible, dry aged a minimum 28 days.

I've been wanting to try a Kobe beef steak for some time now, but it is impossible to get here. Of course, I am not entirely willing to spend 300$ on a steak either.

Does it have to be steak?
Cause you can hardly beat barbecue ribs and a glass of your favorite soft drink on a picnic or after a nice dirtbike ride.
