    I mainly prefer red wines: spanish wines because of the tempranillo grape, italian wines as long as there's nebbiolo in it, old Bourgognes (can't swallow it young), South African wines, .... I recently developed a thing for the French appellation "Irouléguy".

    White wines: as long as it's not too sweet (exception to the rule: Hungarian Tokaji wines, verrrry sweet but incredibly good). Champagne, of course !!
