So if you want to believe you will? I want to believe in a loving creator and an eternal blissful afterlife in the presence of God, but unfortunatly I can't, it doesn't make sense to me, and questions all ways boil down to, don't worry God knows what he is doing, but he couldn't even make man the way he wanted, so how am I supposed to trust that he does know what he is doing?

How do you know that God didn't make man the way he wanted?

Now that suggestion horrifies me, and will probably keep me awake tonight.

I would rather a God that make a mistake, than one who made man like it is on purpose.

I think God gave us free will so that we may love and follow Him of our own accord or go our own way as we choose. Is this not the ultimate in love ( giving us free choice that is )?
