    I also believe he owned his own wine label. And if he did own the Fess Parker vineyard? i will miss his Pinot Noir

    I'm one o' them old goats,Jimmy.Davy Crockett was a staple at my folks house.I really liked the way he played the part with quiet dignity.Makes me want to go out and buy the entire series,before it's forgotten.

    Ladies and gentlemen:

    I am saddened at Fess Parker's passing.

    I met him in Vietnam when he visited the troops and found him to be a kind and gracious gentleman.

    May he rest in peace.
