Just saw this and while it's not quite as good as te graphic novel (IMHO) it's still a damn fine movie.
I recommend it.

Portman is awesome as is Hugo weaving and Stephen Rhea.
If you did the flick, I'd say rush out and get the GN. It's masterful.
I can't hear that clip on my Mac for some reason so I'll have to check it out on a PC. thanks, it looks very funny.

V is Latin fro 5, meaning November 5, Guy Fawks Day. It's a British thing.
