I've been watching the FIFA world cup since the days of Johan Cruyff, Franz Beckenbauer, Johan Neeskens, Rossi, Dino Zoff, Maradona, Muller, Platini, Moore, Bobby Charlton,.. I even saw Pelé play the last 30 minutes of his career.

Nothing will ever compare to players and soccer from the old days. Several new rules have changed since then. But I'll still watch it until I die. One of the best games ever. FiFa 1974 Germany 2 - 1 Netherlands.

It's so hard to predict anything as imo the underdog can sometimes do more damage than expected. As always the Germans, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, France,... being the top contenders.

I'll be watching for sure.
