Bruno, I'm about the same size. In general, a Medium is a loose/comfortable fit (not hanging off me, but not clinging to me) and a small is borderline snug. You definitely don't want a large.

Thanks guys. I think I'll go for the medium then.

Thanked: 172I'm not sure what it would be,but, chest measurment would seem to guage it better than height and waist size.

Definitely go for the medium. I'm 5'11" with a 30" waist and I wear a small comfortably, and I'm also pretty slender so a medium should fit you just fine.

Bruno, go with a medium. Compared to the T-shirts you get in Belgium the US ones are always larger. I wear medium in the US. 1.84m, 50 (40R) suit and 42 (31") waist. same with the waist sizes. In Belgium I would always buy a 32" waist. Here in the US I need to get a 30" or 31". The 32" is always to large. Rob does make a point cause some companies have a complete different sizing for their clothes. Especially when it's made in India, China,... I would still buy medium no matter what.

In Europe I used to get XL, here in us I always get L. I'm 32 waist but a bit taller than you. I'd say go for M if you want more fitted look, it should be alright for your size.
