My ass would have been burnt at the steak for sure, had I have lived in those times.
Some of the things I practice are considered witch craft even today by some people.

No, but I was once lightly flogged with scented bootlaces as punishment for rubbing linseed oil into the schools cormorant.
(A prize to the first person who can tell me where both the bootlace and cormorant reference come from..! Clue: Ones a book and ones a film)

So from now on, the cormorant is strictly OUT OF BOUNDS.

Actually I was President Lincoln's security man and I just stepped outside Ford's Theatre for a moment to negotiate the price of a straight razor and when I came back...well...
I was arrested and shot by a firing squad. No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.(Galatians 2:20)
I can honestly say the old man did not die easily.

One of my Scottish patients told me that his ancestor had the distinction of being the last man hung in Scotland for sheep stealing. This with a wry smile.
