I remember seeing a guy who was autistic who became a very good pianist. They blindfolded him at a piano and started playing on another piano just one note at a time, then two and all the way up till ten notes when the other pianist ran out of fingers. He got all the chords and notes right.

So then they took him to an orchestral rehearsal where the orchestra could play far more than 10 notes at at time. Obviously he couldnt play 30 notes at the same time (not enough fingers!), so he arpeggiated them on the piano, and again he didnt get a single note wrong. Absolutely perfect pitch.

Its amazing what the brain can do I think, and this video just shows it.
