    Th jumbo prawns will probably work. They'll definitely cook through if you leave 'em in there long enough. I'd recommend going with a smaller shrimp, though, and leave the prawns for barbecuing. 26-30 count shrimp are my favorites for this recipe.

    One cup combined. Check about two posts earlier, and I detail about how much I put in there. One thing: on the green onions, just use the green part. When you get to the white onion part, stop cutting.
