It's kind of interesting that no one reported on what happened to the passenger. The flight attendant clearly snapped for which there is no excuse for that behavior. But, if nothing was done to the passenger, then why have rules and regulations in place that can't, or won't, be enforced. If the regulation isn't enforceable get rid of it.
