Probably the two issues here would be how "good" a friend is this so you know how involved you want to get in the situation and the fact the longer treatment is delayed the more dire the prognosis becomes.

How involved to get... Well i didnt give her the HPV
3 months before starting treatment would be easyer on me(if she can find a job), but is far from recomended
And just knowing she skipped the vaccsine cause it cost 40€
