Because it is fair to judge a nation of over a Billion inhabitants by what happens to a dog on a street? Does that mean that we should based our opinion of the US on someone like Fred Phelps or Glen Beck?
Or perhaps we should base our opinion of the US solely on those 3 white supremacists who chained a black man to their car and then drove around until he was dead and was spread over a wide area?
Just asking.
Btw, the dog was dead. While skinning it in public is bad taste, eating a dog is no different than eating deer. Or eating horse for that matter, which is considered normal in various European countries (but definitely not the UK).
In itself, the act of skinning a dog is no different than the act of skinning a turkey.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
