Yeah she is intense at everything she does. And at everything she does, she outpaces the rest.
She is already adding and subtracting better in her head than the kids who are actually learning those things (she is still in kindergarten). Same with her tumbling classes, climbing, writing, ...
She could do correct pushups and situps at 3 and a half.
Last week we found out that she could traverse a 15 foot horizontal ladder hand over hand, like in paracommando training.
Anyway, here are the pics. Kato is easily recognizable, Nele is the uber-cute girl in the pink t-shirt.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

I'm sure you are very proud! I know for us dads (and moms) that we often live and breath for the them and the things they are involved in and it's very rewarding when they are recognized. Congrats to you and your girls.

This morning I was watching her tumbling class. It was almost finished and they were playing a kind of tag.
Someone had to run and others had to try and tag the runner. Virtually all kids chased behind the runner, following the same trail (if you understand what I mean). Kato otoh always runs towards the location where she and he would intersect, based on where she thought he would run, rather than where he happened to be at that time. She got him every timeTil shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

"I was already first, there was noone left to beat" now that is a great quote, I don't think I could do a 150 meter race, I prefer a nice sloooow pace when I'm running. Congratulations to the little ones. Well done
