Thanked: 94I think that being drawn to something and feeling like it is imprinted on you are two totally different things.
I see your point, but alas there will not be proof of either thought while we live. so we can agree to disagree!
btw recycled wouldnt really be the word (IMHO). That would seem to imply that a bunch of used soul were chopped up and formed into a new soul using 90% recycled souls. Of course that is a very green way to do it...

Thanked: 983I think we get to have another go, if only to fix up all the things we did wrong the last time, and to correct the wrongs we've done to others in a past life. Doesn't give anyone free rein to go out and do the wrong things in this life on the assumtion we get to fix them up later on though. As far as old souls are concerned, I don't think you have to have been on this planet many life times to be an old soul. Wisdom may just have come from spending a lot of time elsewhere, wheresoever that else where may have been.

I don't know about too much, but is it possible at least in part that we often mistake feelings related to reincarnation with primitive animal instinct? Many animals know exactly what to do in cetain circumstances from migration to nurturing young. were they reincarnated too, or is it old fashioned instict.
Many times human behaviour is much more "complicated" than the basic needs of animals, but could it be we were just born that way with programmed circuitry that makes us "remember" our past lives?

Thanked: 983I would say it is possible Kingfish, but how do you know that people and animals, can't reincarnate as animals or people...Some faiths believe that reincarnation into 'lesser' animal form is a punishment for the bad things you do in human form...Not knocking your beliefs (or anyone elses), just putting it out there for thought.
