Thread: Lived Before

Ok who here believes in some form of reincarnation? I firmly believe that I've been here before. How about you??

I'm not really sure that I'm here now.

I can't really say if I believe in reincarnation or not, but I seem to have lots of deja vu moments quite frequently. Once I had a tarot card reading done by a "professional" who told me I have an old soul. Who knows?

I was raised to believe in reincarnation. I believe that souls tend to travel in packs, which is why sometimes you meet someone and feel like you have known them your whole life. I dont know if there is an end to the cycle, if you meet your goals and transition to an afterlife, but I feel with all my heart that people come around again. It may sound silly, but its my belief. I will respect you with all my power, please share the same with me.

For instance I have inherent information that no one told me. I know how old tools work even if I've never laid eyes on it before. At 18 I was drawn to smoke pipes and cigars. I'm a classically trained illustrator and my subjects are old school. I've been to strange towns or cities but for some reason I know what's around the next corner without ever being there before hand. I feel more comfortable with a straight razor in my hand than a bic. I prefer to use fountain pens. I've been in antique stores and see things that strike an instant familiar feeling. I've always sort of had " the know" intuition. I've been told I'm an old soul too.

I own 10 pipes, smoke cigars, only use fountain pens, and am an old soul as well lol

Lol I even went so far as to manufacture pipes. I would say that most if not of the " old souls" are craftsmen in one way or another

I don't beleive in any kind of reincarnation. I know a lot of folks who love Star Wars and Star Treck and have a passion for the latest techy thingy that doesn't mean they are from a different planet or from the future. The human psyche and emotions are very complex and various things are going to appeal to us or not apeal to us for any number of reasons. I smoke a pipe, use a straight razor, like old machinery, tools and guns, etc., etc. but that has nothing to do with a former life.

I really believe each and every human is a unique individual and we each only get one time around. Don't believe people are recycled.

I think that being drawn to something and feeling like it is imprinted on you are two totally different things.

I see your point, but alas there will not be proof of either thought while we live. so we can agree to disagree!

btw recycled wouldnt really be the word (IMHO). That would seem to imply that a bunch of used soul were chopped up and formed into a new soul using 90% recycled souls. Of course that is a very green way to do it...

Well I know for a fact you gonna be reborn again. Ever since my alien abduction I've known it all along. Those aliens be rite smart and spilled the beans to me.
