Default sorry I missed you, Wonderedge

Met some friends for dinner last night. Blew a Wonderedge

This morning I had headache. Didn't drink THAT much... But I had a good mix going - started w/ some straight up Grey Goose, then several Mojitos, switched to Laphoraig, and finished with Fosters...

One of my Russian buddies gave me a bottle of Red Army original vodka from the Motherland (for Russians) and I suggested to have it but my friends weren't up to par... which, in hindsight, was probably a good thing. The Red Army bottle is shaped like a torpedo and has a red rocket tip... and the payload, oh my...

    Cheers

Ivo, you got the headache because you drank Fosters. That stuff is so bad that they are shipping it here, as far from Australia as possible.. What gave you the headache is the turpentine that they put into it to make it more palatable

And you, in turn, ship Molson to the US. And we ship Budweiser everywhere. Thanks to the EU, we can even label it beer in Germany now.

Mixing beer and hard liquor is a sure recipe for a headache, though.

sorry to say this, but from US beers I only like some microbrews and some of the offerings from Sam Adams.

Mixing gets me going faster (and I love variety) - I like this when I don't have much time - like yesterday, got out at 9 and was back about 2 am. I am at work today, after all...

    Cheers

And we keep all of our microbrews to ourselves If you ever come to Ontario, try Creemore Springs and Brick Bock. I've only had 2 foreign beers on the level with these 2: Harp and this lovely microbrew pale ale at a small tavern in Vienna. Actually that Austrian microbrew was just heavenly, better than anything I've ever tried.

Last time I met someone who went to canada to sample the beer he came back with a BAC of .39 and was apparantly a bit difficult to deal with at the hospital, but the nurse who took his catheter out made sure he forever remembered that she got the last laugh. I think I'll just stick to my scotch

That was just the brewmasters signature.
