Thanked: 3228I can't see using 5 gallons of water shaving, a gallon or 2 at most for me. I don't let the water run to rinse my SR while shaving, a damp sponge is used for that. For saving water used in the toilet we always said "if it is yellow let it mellow, if it is brown flush it down". I don't consider Bud a beer.

I'll save water. I'll drink beer instead.
That's beer, not Budweiser

I use about a gallon most of the time. Pitcher and bowl shaving for me!
I'm all for the homebrew and microbrews anyway.

Tell me about it, there was a big push locally to reduce water usage and it worked!! The only problem is the lost revenue from water had to be recouped somehow, so they just raised the cost on my water bill. Nice eh? Use less water and it ends up more expensive than it did when we 'wasted' it.

the Bud company uses more water in one day than I will use in a lifetime of shaving. Sounds like an april fools joke to me
