OK, the aforementioned spiking of the football will need to be postponed. Call me crazy but I thought this one would be a slam dunk. Who knew Justice Roberts was a kool-aid drinker. I'm looking at starting up a new business that sells toilet paper with the Constitution printed on it. It seems to be a common sentiment among our benevolent leaders. They're all sworn to defend the Constitution but at the moment that promise appears about as good as any other that they'll make to the people of this country.

Politics aside though, I think we can all agree that the way that the Affordable Healthcare Act passed through Congress was to put it nicely, anything but typical. To be honest, the whole thing had a bit of a stench to it and like Nancy Pelosi said, "We'll have to pass it to see what's in it." Unfortunately it appears that by the time we figure out all the booby traps in this thing we'll all be significantly lighter in the wallet.
