Who knows... I just bought a new car with a 6yr extended warranty. It might be a bit early for that but you know... it's either an economy booster and just a new car for me or, it's a great way to hedge inflation. I can't see me not needing a car as long as I am in Kansas.

As a retired INS Agent I will tell you if you are not U.S and are seeking legal employment in the U.S and are having problems you need a good Immigration Attorney. There is an art to completing the Visa petition and making arrangements with a prospective employer which will almost guarantee you employment.

Yeah I think that the target inflation in the western economies is 2%-3% per year. My understanding is that the idea is to have a slight bias in the economy towards people putting their 'capital' into something that could generate profit, instead of just sitting on it. But I could be completely wrong.
