Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

I don't think you'd care too much what was on the menu so long as I served it with a decent pot of tea. And Carl is right. I haven't had my old socks on for a few weeks now. It's thong season. Got me a good pair of thongs...Well had them for a few years now. A little bit stained, a little bit worn. But very comfortable to wear. You should get yourself a pair. In fact everyone should get themselves a pair of thongs and we can all run around in our thongs together. Wouldn't the world be a much nicer place then?!

Interesting. That article mentions the tarantula hawk female as having one of the painful stings;
I can tell ya this. THEY AIN'T LYIN'!!!The stinger of a female tarantula hawk can be up to 7 mm (1/3 inch) long, and the sting is considered among the most painful insect stings in the world.
I got smoked by one of those punks when I was a teenager. BLOODY 'ELL!!! I was plowing wheat stubble, minding my own 'bid'ness' and one of 'em stung me on the right shoulder blade. I nearly turned the tractor over trying to get loose from that damn thing.
However, as it was 5 miles back to the house and nobody was due to come get me till dark, I made a mud pie poultice with water from my canteen and slapped it on the sting and went back to work. (after spending a good half hour un-tangling the plow from the mess I made when I turned the tractor the wrong way.)
Never will forget that one AND I still give 'em plenty of room when I see 'em.
Then there was the time I swatted a big red wasp that was wandering around the house. I found him about 30 minutes later when I put my boot on..... Got that boot off in record time.
