Thanked: 2027You buy a pork belly (asian stores) you skin it,you brine it for 4 days (google meat brine) you cold smoke it (90/105 degs) for 4 days, you can do it in a clean garbage can,hickory chips, oak chips,any fruit wood chips,whatever.
slice it,fry it up, as thick as you want,save the grease,the best for frying eggs,deep frying chickin,tempura batterd catfish
