I honestly don't know. Really haven't the faintest. I think it could go either way. Most of the people I know through the internet have a preference for Romney and most I know in real life have a preference for Obama....but they can't vote since they're not americans.

It's the fault of the 2 party system and the way the primaries are ran.
Only republicans vote in the republican primaries, and democrats in the democrat primaries.
Each group chooses (due to human nature) a candidate which represents their core ideals to the biggest extent. Working with other parties and compromise is seen as weak, and you get left with hard liners on each side. Then both of them get thrown to the general population.
the majority of Republicans will always vote for the republican, even if it would be a donkey.
the majority of Democrats will always vote for the democrat, even if it would be a donkey.
The moderates are left, trying to decide whom they dislike the least, or whom they think will do the least damage in the next 4 years.
Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 334If the "Redskins Rule" is indeed in effect, Romney would win.

Didn't Bush '43', break that trend? It's too bad that octopus that picked the football games died, then we could know for sure!

I fear it's going to be ugly regardless who wins. The next few years are going to prove interesting no matter what...

Here we go
I think Obama will win. You can't fix 16 years of Bush in one term...takes a bit longer.
Not too mention, Romney's statement of Sandy, "people should stay in their other homes while things are being cleaned up at the shore". Unfortunately my second and third home's are being remodeled at the moment so that won't work. I mean how far out of touch can one individual be! I'm in the upper middle class and I can't even begin to relate to this guy, perhaps the top 10% can.
