    If i remember correctly the Scimitar was capable of "stripping the life off a planet in a matter of seconds" maybe not borg but still trek

    I disagree. A risk taker? Yes, but not irrespnsible. Smart-ass? No. Arrogant but backed up by a confidence that comes from years of experience. I still say the guy in the movie was just a smart-ass punk.
