I have to agree. I`m also thinking to switch to credit union. BoA really does not offer me anything beside scam banking. Lately even try ( I wasn`t really try, rather forcing me) switch my credit card from one program to new upgraded. I asked for more details to be send in mail. After review I noticed that upgrade was just 29.99 APR from 10.99 I have. I guess they want to make more money. I refused and they were unhappy so they sliced my credit line.

Honestly if you have a Paypal account I would suggest their MC, I have never had such awesome service, and protection as they have provided for the last few years, the rewards program is one of the only ones I have ever actually used and enjoyed...

I was not aware that PayPal does have this kind of service. I guess it is very possible they do as for me this is just one big online bank with fees little bit higher then BoA or others banks.

I believe it is a Master Card credit card.

I don't think banks think we are fools - I think they *know* we are fools! As a group, I mean, not individually. In a free market with competition as we have, the fact that these banks with these practices exist is overwhelming proof that as a group we are fools.

Duly noted. I have been thinking of switching to a local bank for awhile now. I did not know bank of America practiced business like this.
