My Mother-in-law buys me a "gag gift" every year for Xmas. Usually it's some ridiculously hard puzzle or something, because it brings joy to her to watch me suffer I think. A couple of years ago it was a kit with a book on juggling and three little juggling balls. Had more fun bonking myself in the head for a few hours than I would have thought possible. Props to you juggler guys!!

Be very careful if you decide to go through with it.
These things are classified as illegal weapons in Belgium, and the Netherlands too probably.

Having a 'vlindermes' (butterfly knife) with out can get you arrested.
I know it's ridiculous, as a swiss army knife is far more useful as an actual weapon, but I suspect that this was decided because those things were getting popular with youths 15 years ago.

I guess they didn't want to have a large school going population carrying knives.

But yeah, the vid was cool.
Of course, doing this with 2 hands at a time... now THAT would be impressive.

I'm working on my left hand it's just not that coordinated yet. There are several guys who CAN use both hands not only mirroring their tricks on both sides but actually doing two different tricks at once. I'll try and find a video.

Actually I looked it up. As long as the blade is more than 14mm wide it can be up to 9cm long (just the blade). If it's less than 14mm the blade has to be 7cm or less. So they're not really illegal. And even if they would be I could still keep them in the house for practise. So I'm thinking I might steal one from my brother (he's got one lying around that he doesn't use) and learn some tricks. I think it could be fun.

    Good for you.
In Belgium I suspect that having it in your house is no issue, but you should not carry it anywhere. That is a good way to get into trouble because police in Belgium really don't like it.

Carrying a knife is a good way to get into trouble anyway...unless it's a really small one. The police are not the only ones who dislike people who carry a knife.

No I don't perform, I just juggle for my own pleasure as I was never the public figure. I only do thre of any item, clubs, scarves, knives, balls. If you want to confuse and amaze a dog just start juggling the balls for it, it can't tell which one to watch LOL. I also seem to like to dabble in any dexterity based skill, for instance I tried to learn to spin a lariat for a while.
Why might "the baglady" ring a bell? have you been to the Ann Arbor art fairs, maybe?
