I will hopefully be etching my mark on them soon, I have ordered some stencils from Ernie over the pond in the U.S and am just waiting for them to be delivered. Watch this space!! Rob.

That will add a lot to the look of the razor, the tang looks so naked!

love the razor, this kind of old school Sheffield looker like blades are just amazing. the only thing I don't like is how short are the scales near tang pivot.

Hi Just want to add my praise to Manchestertattoo Razors making I will tell you my story I have been shaving with straights just over a year never used one before and the only time was when i was a kid and barber used to use one to tidy up your neck. Well I took it like a duck to water and started collecting them as well. ( have put my name down for a SRP Should not be long now )Any way back to the story I was looking on e bay and saw these rather nice razors with acrylic scales so i bided and one them both one was shave ready the other was not so I sent Rob a e mail asking could he make it shave ready he replied " Sorry very busy at the moment cant do it"So being a stubborn git I replied " do not mind waiting a bit even if it took a mth or so" I got a reply saying Ok he will make it shave ready also said he would not charge me! had the razor with in a week! So we started a conversation I then found out he makes razors well lit up. He said he was making himself a 7/8 wedge so I asked him could make me one we went though the shape scales design etc and this is the outcome

It was fantastic I was well pleased with the razor I must admit that I have never shaved with a wedge before but boy what a shave I also admit I was careful because you do not hardly get any feedback on this monster!!!!!! I also like to add that i had some razors also honed for me by Rob to say they are very Sharp is a understatement. I am going in the future have any razors I buy done by Rob and again have a other razor made by him. It is not very often these days that you can have something hand made especially for you. i am so glad that I meet this Guy and I am hoping once he has got his etching kit he can make my razor even more personal. I hope Rob all the best for the future in his razor making and he has me as a customer for life
