Thanks Adam, your right, the wedge is actually a wedge on this razor as opposed to the spacer I used on the carbon effect scales. The carbon fibre effect acrylic was more flexible than I anticipated so I kept the scales straight, the grind of the blade still allows the blade to sit snugly into the scales and as I mentioned earlier, they flex plenty when opening and closing. My next venture will be using real carbon fibre I think, the acrylic was a pain to work with and was a little 'softer' than my normal acrylic I use. Rob.

I will hopefully be etching my mark on them soon, I have ordered some stencils from Ernie over the pond in the U.S and am just waiting for them to be delivered. Watch this space!! Rob.
