    Default My first restore!!!

    Alright so i was going to restore one razor and it turned into two razors!!! First one needs buffing, honing, re pining scales... Ck out what i got so far... Btw this is all micro mesh hand sanding

    Good start. How high a grit are you planning on taking them?

    All the way to 12,000 ... Thats the plan! Lets see! By hand it gets rough so i am taking my time!

    Thanks guys! I am debating on reusing the scales! The Boker seem to have bone scales... I sand them a bit and turns out they are greenish! And they stank so bad as i was sanding them! Lol! The Hunter razor has plastic ones and they are nothing special! I might go with new scales for that one

    Looks like they cleaned up great, glad you can reuse them.
