Default something special for a WB Special.

A few weeks back we had a meetup. I met a member who had this blade and he had tried to rescale it with some scales he bought online. He coukdnt get it to center. I depinned, enlarged the holes, repinned, still not centering.
I decided it needed a new set of scales.
I also had a new idea for a wedge.

So I decided to include my new idea of extending the wedge outside of the scales and turn it into a part of the design, hence the arrow shape.

I only cleaned the blade with 2000 grit wet sanded and mothers polish. The etch is ultra light.
    Havent honed it yet.

    Love this horn!

That worked out very well, really like your idea for a wedge.

Ok, I am not really a fan of nouveau scales, those however are really cool, both in design and material. Where did the super cool material come from, it's horn but what do you call that color/pattern. I am ver impressed

Great looking scales! Nice pattern and design without being over the top.

Because the wedge is outside of the scales, do you think it may be prone to movement where it
will not be lined up straight? Anyway, super idea - it looks great.
