How was working with the purpleheart? Is it an easy wood to work with?

Thanked: 2591A small tip for you, try wedges instead of spacers .
Spacers cause the scales to bow in after time, wedges do not.Stefan

nice work. wait til the purpleheart oxidizes, it turns a gorgeous purple brown with some black graining.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
