Union Cutlery Gold Aro in Gold
This is my Gold Aro freshly restored and gold plated by the very talented Mark Yundt (mycarver). These pics are sneak peeks that he sent me. I can't wait to see it in person.

To see an old razor brought back to life is a beautiful thing, thank you for sharing it.

I would recommend them as excellent shavers and in my opinion one of the most visually appealing American razors.

Thanked: 603You have motivated me. After reading your post and oogling the photos, I rose from the couch and touched-up and stropped MY Union Cutlery Gold Aro 9/16, and will feature it in tomorrow's (Friday's) SOTD entry. I'm expecting a highly-anticipated tin of Simpsons unscented Luxury Shaving Cream will be delivered tomorrow morning, and plan to pair it with Caron Yatagan EDT. High hopes, dontcha know.

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

I can't wait for pics! I've only seen a few in the time that I've been collecting.

That is an awesome looking blade for sure. If it shaves as good as it looks, that's gonna be a winner. Glad you can't hear the jealousy in my voice.
