Yes, the shave was very smooth - I used 2 layers of tape as the blade width is 8/8" - I could actually have gone up to 3 layers so anyone doing the same as me, bear this in mind.
Bone and horn go together well - I like to keep a colour difference - same as the picture.

I've recently been messing with G10 and carbon fiber...what Bruno will be working on for me is kind of a modern take on a meat chopper, so I too am contemplating just how to scale it.
!! Enjoy the exquisite taste sharpening sharpening taste exquisite smooth. Please taste the taste enough to ride cutlery.

I was the lucky purchaser of UKRob's Bruno blade. It is the first "big" blade I have bought and I can honestly say it is the best straight shave I have had as well as looking stunning....I cant believe how smooth it shaves. Down side is that it has got me looking at more customs.

Well done on the scales. Nicely finished and the horn really looks great.
Well done Bruno also, the blade design is really nice.

Thanked: 284Bruno's Blade
Here's my progress so far in mine. I was reminded of something today - I SUCK at finishing.
Anyway, seemed like it honed up nice, I'll have to try it tomorrow. I have some scale material coming in next week.
The line near the spine is from the tape- gotta get that off too.
