Default Frameback 1095 & mild steel, micarta scales

Here is a big frame back 1095 blade with a mild steel frame, linen micarta scales.

I have not made many framebacks recently, thanks to Bob Allman for getting me off of my rear to make another one.

Elegant in a racy sort of way. Very cool. You always make me think Charlie. Now I am thinking "How am I going to learn that ? " :<0)

That's awesome Charlie! How do you mill the frameback to accept the blade? Also, those washers look sweet!

I cut the groove with an abrasive wheel. Thanks about the washers.
