    gregg,

That's not a SR, that's a Work of Art! I've always loved the look of Damascus blades, whether SR or knife blade, the varying patterns, and the time it takes to smith a piece of metal to look like that are all the more why I have a soft spot for Damascus steel. I especially like the color choices on the scales and wedge, and the miniature adjustable pivot pin you used! Top Quality!

Definitely Brother! I saw a youtube video because I was curious as to how Damascus steel was made. That was a tedious and lengthy process! I have the ultimate respect for anyone with the patience to bend and forge steel in that process form and have whatever metal shaped looking like a fine piece of art!

That works so well together, truly a beautiful piece!

As a mild off-topic, is it possible to buy pattern-welded steel that would be suitable for manufacturing razors?

This pice was made by my hungarian friend. He is a freetime smiths and he doesn't have too much time. I will ask him.

Wow, great looking razor. The exposed wedge looks fantastic, and the colours are perfect.

The Damascus is absolutely magic, well done.
