    Yes wanted it to have the attention it deserved hence sending it to Glen rather than attempting it myself.

    Once I find a nice 8/8 Celebrated for barbers use at a reasonable price I will send to glen as well for similar treatment.

    Really glad you like it, I enjoyed the challenge, took a bit of thought as to how I was going to find the right Anchor then how I was going to use it on the brush...

    I wish I had taken some in process pics, the before pics don't give any idea as to how deep the pitting was under there, now the Restorers here, they will understand when I say it took 7 applications of 80 grit greaseless on 2 wheels to pull them


    Specs on the brush:

    OAL = 115mm

    Loft = set as close to exactly 50mm as I could get it

    You know, I've been watching Glen's resto work for years and years now and it never ceases to amaze me at the quality and attention to detail he puts into each and every one.

    Congratulations on owning such a beautiful blade, and having the foresight to see that something that started out less than perfect could end up looking like this.
