    Very nice ebony with the brown shading. Pins and wedge look first class. Nice work!!
    To get my scales the same thickness, I attach a wood block (handle) to the scale blank and run it up/down a flat sheet of sand paper until the correct thikness comes in. A lot of elbow grease, but gets it done.
