    no clash here, my current plans are a seven day set in this blue paua havt chosen blades yet, nor decided if im going to have different grinds by same maker, different makers, or just all the same grind by same maker. too much to decide right now but im thinking there should be variety right??????

    heres my current leanings......
    buffalo and brass, with a contrasting wedge spacer, cant go wrong with this in most cases if you ask me. but the paua still draws me back, just cant stay away from it

    Really nice job on the blade. Scales are such a personal thing if you're not going to go original, then the "world's your paua". Have fun!

    Very nice indeed!

    I absolutely love the look of paua scales and have a goal of owning a set within the year. Pity it's such a difficult raw material to work with - here in NZ we have plenty of the stuff!
