    Great work! Old beat up blade + old glopped up scales + some ingenuity + some dexterous work = a very nice new to you razor! Marvelous.

    Thanks I just threw the scales in some neatsfoot, took some 80 grit to the blade and slapped it back together... EASY AS PIE!

    While I'm a little late to the party, I will say that I don't know whether I'm more impressed with the way the blade and the initial look of the scales looked or the addition of the Gold to the scales.

    All are impressive.
