Ahhhhhh you caught it, figures that you would Oz, I also adjusted the angle of the wedge to match the angle of the tang, the action became much smoother and it should reduce the pressure on the pivot too

Yip yip. See the angle on the last pic. They just about warrant 3pins otherwise.
