    I guess I don't know what you mean, fast is good, cheap is good to as long as it turned out well. Unfortunately I am impatient and jump into things full bore as I have only been straight razor shaving for 3 months and already have 8 blades, two sets of custom scales and now a second handmade brush

    Fast/easy costs money. [Lathe etc.] Cheap [knife and sandpaper] costs time and more skill/practice.

    Gotcha, Well I would love to have a lathe, but I don't think the wifey would be very fond of that in the living room of our apartment.

    Too true man, I hate seeing the word handmade on ten a penny lathe turned out by the million junk. What you have made is the buisness not a 30 second machine job. Well done sir
