    Thanks to all for the nice comments! It was a lot of fun to work on this blade...I love the W&B FBU's...especially the heavy near wedge blades like this one. They are such great shavers!

    The scales shown are not the original horn...they were used for mock-up purposes. The original scales are horn and are being restored by the owner.

    I use everything... hand sanding, bench buffer and Dremel tools. The crocus finish is done by hand and then buffed out with a buffer. Every blade is different so I just go with the flow...
