It's just a box.

The hard part is figuring out the dimensions so everything fits nice and tight.
The GREAT part is you can adjust them to fit ANY razor you own!

Yes they do "look" like wood. It sure doesn't smell like it when you sand them though... LOL

my FIL has quite the home woodshop and a good buddy of mine is a master carpenter(Schreinermeister) and has access to all kinds of cool wood.

Once I figure it out for myself... I will try and post a how to.
