Thanked: 8A lil box
I think this box looks great ! Maybe a dumb question, but of course we are putting our blades away dry and oiled.... What is to stop over time oil to leak into the box or, moisture build up if not fully dry as wood will absorb water ? Just curious I do love the build and it's 1000x past my ability so this is just observational. Also what a Dubl Duck is that ? I love Ducks !

No such thing as a dumb question.
The box could be sealed to prevent moisture/oil form getting built up.
The duck is #1 of my Ebony collection:

Very nice work, buddy!
If I can afford it, I buy the best that I can. If I can't afford, I make it. If I can't make it... I do without!

Beautiful work! Puts my plastic Puma box to shame! Like to camp a lot and what an awesome way to carry a cherished blade!
For the branding idea, how about just an old fashioned wood burning set? If I remember correctly, they came with a bunch of different tips.
Post more pics if you decide to trick it out more!
