Good question, I don't remember how thin this one was, but I usually stop at around 0,08mm thickness, that would be around 3 thousands of an inch, if I calculate correctly. For some time I ground everything down to the same thickness, but nowadays I leave it a bit thick, set a coarse bevel, and than grind it down to a nice thin line. So I can't really tell how much it is exactly, but it is around that number

+1 on the pinning mentioned by Euclid440. I see the logic of screws, but will always prefer traditional pinning even on non traditional modern creations. Just a beautiful razor, ready to begin it's journey through time. Hopefully it will be around in 200 years and a future Martin103 will pinpoint it in time....maybe with a link to SRP!

I am in that camp too. There are of course occasions where screws may be more fitting, modern forms and materials come to my mind, for example CF and G10. I will have to go with the trends a bit, and use those materials too, and I think I will use titanium screws with them. Ofc my preference will be pins, and will use them everywhere I can, but more and more people tell me that they want screws too.

I wasn't exactly looking to get some. Just curious. I usually prefer wood.

I like wood more too, but sometimes I can't convince the buyer to get wood instead
