Thoroughly enjoyed the video and the music. Nice razor and grain of the wood scales. Ummm.......you are getting a new flatmate yes?

Just came across this on Instructables, really good write up of what most people think of as a long gone art (hehe little do they know).

Great video . I must admit that watching members here making their own blades makes me think that I must give it a try one day.
    Love how it turned out.

Watching this video gives me renewed confidence that I can re-scale my whipped dog sight unseen with the big beef bone I picked up at the Farmer's market for $2.50. I don't have much in the way of belt sanders and such, but I do have a grinder wheel, a jig saw, some sandpaper, and a little grit. Thanks for documenting your work. I'm inspired.
If I told you I was a liar, would you believe me?

Yes, nice video. i did notice that your stropping technique needs some work, looks like you are rolling the edge.

Nice job on both the video and the razor.
Stu is a great guy - he did the same thing for me when I joined this group of fine gentlemen.
Welcome to the fold, too BTW
Hang on and enjoy the ride...
